Introduction
Founded in 1967, the Community College of Denver is a public, two-year institution located in Denver, Colorado. The school provides students with more than 125 program choices to prepare for new careers, job advancement, or transfer to a four-year institution. With multiple sites, traditional classrooms, and online learning options, scheduling and class offerings are flexible. Both credit and non-credit courses are taught at locations city-wide, including the main CCD Auraria Campus (which shares a campus with the Âé¶¹Íø of Colorado Denver and the Metropolitan State College of Denver), CCD Lowry, and the Online Learning center. Continuing education and professional development courses offer education options for busy professionals.
